BRIAN MARYOTT LAUNCHES 2022 CAMPAIGN FOR CONGRESS

OCEANSIDE HEADQUARTERS ALREADY AT WORK REACHING OUT TO VOTERS
OCEANSIDE, Calif. — On Saturday, April 24, Brian Maryott officially launched his 2022 campaign for Congressional District 49 at his campaign headquarters in downtown Oceanside.

“The heart of my campaign has always been the people of this district. It’s about the parents wanting quality healthcare for their families; the young people hoping for a vibrant economy ripe with opportunity for all; the seniors who want peace of mind that the future of Medicare and Social Security is solvent and secure; the Veterans and Active-duty personnel deserving of an improved VA healthcare system and fully-funded, quality federal support programs; and the small business owners who have endured so much over the past year as they sacrificed and worked to rebuild. It’s time they have an ally in congress who rises above petty politics and actually delivers solutions on these important issues,” said Brian Maryott, Republican candidate for Congressional District 49.

“We’ve been hard at work since November rebuilding our campaign and continuing to reach out to the people of the 49th district. I’m proud that we already have an all-star team of staff and volunteers who will actively lead our outreach programs and build on the relationships we’ve made in our local communities. We’re ready to win,” said Brian Maryott.

Joining Maryott were local elected officials and party leaders, as well as over 120 Team Maryott supporters including small business owners, Veterans, local high school and college students, and district residents from throughout San Diego County and Orange County.

“We need a partner in Washington who is going to put policy ahead of politics, work as a team, and be there to support us, and that’s Brian Maryott,” said Ryan Keim, Deputy Mayor of Oceanside.

“Brian truly embodies service over self — you see it in his record in San Juan Capistrano and his record in running for Congress — it’s all about the constituents, and that’s why Brian is so much better than the current congressman that’s sitting in this seat,” said Fred Whitaker, Chair of the Republican Party of Orange County.

“Brian Maryott’s race is extremely important, it’s important for us here locally; it’s important for our state, and it’s important for our country,” said Paula Whitsell, Chair of the Republican Party of San Diego County.

Brian Maryott is the former Mayor of San Juan Capistrano. He is a nonprofit founder and Certified Financial Planner. Maryott is challenging incumbent representative Mike Levin (D-San Juan Capistrano).
